I’ve been in the Air Force for 17 years and have moved 10 times in my career. I’ve dealt with numerous realtors, good and bad. Vannessa was by far the best realtor I’ve worked with. She set up our entire day of touring houses and she genuinely cared about what we were looking for. Even though we liked a house at the end of the first day, she kept asking us more questions to ensure we were getting everything we wanted and not just settling. But she was never invasive or pushy. Any time she didn’t have an answer to a question, she knew who to ask to get the answer we were looking for. That was huge for us because it built trust. She worked around our schedule and was available early in the morning or late at night. I’ve dealt with realtors who fed us information that we wanted to hear, just to sell us something.. But Vannessa was genuine and honest throughout the entire experience. She also had her husband help out by getting awesome drone footage of some areas that we were asking about. Her videos really helped with the decision making process, especially since we didn’t live nearby. Finally, when we weren’t able to be there for closing or our final walk through, Vanessa showed up to ensure the builder met all of our concerns and picked up our keys so we could get there any time, day or night, and have our keys waiting for us. I felt like working with Vannessa was more like working with a close friend than a realtor. I didn’t have any problem asking for her advice or asking for a favor because I knew she was there to help us and she genuinely cared about our family. Anybody who works with Vannessa will no doubt have a great home buying experience and be extremely happy with her help and all of her knowledge. She isn’t the type realtor who became a realtor during the housing boom, she genuinely likes what she does, and she’s very good at it! We are very fortunate that we had Vannessa as our realtor!
